Please note, after each shopping experience, you will receive an email from a third party Provider called "Trust Pilot." They will request your honest opinion regarding your shopping experience with our Shop. Uylee's Boutique has no control over reviews provided to Trust Pilot, nor can we edit or erase any reviews. Hence, we work very hard to ensure that you receive a positive experience that you can trust!

Please also note, after your purchase you will receive a text message from the Northern California Better Business Bureau requesting a review of our Services. This is a legitimate text message and you may safely click on the link to respond. We also have no control over reviews submitted to the Better Business Bureau. We work hard to keep our business practices transparent so that our Customers can trust our Service.

Also, PLEASE make sure you have completely read the description for the item you have purchased. Some specialty items are shipped from the UK and take additional shipping time. Please make sure you have checked the shipping time in the description of your item.

All custom t-shirts and custom accessories ship directly from the printing factory, not from our Boutique. If you have ordered a custom t-shirt, along with other items with your custom shirt, those additional items will be sent separately from our Shop. You can expect two separate shipments.

If this return policy is not acceptable, please contact us within 24-hours so that we may cancel your order for you.

**All Men's Tie Sets and Men's Bow Tie Sets require up to three (3) weeks to ship. Please take this shipping time into consideration if you are ordering ties or bow ties for a particular date in view. If three weeks will not work for you, please contact our Shop immediately and we will happily cancel your tie set order and provide you with a refund.
